Supported living

How Supported Living works

By providing a comprehensive range of personal and physical care packages, Supported Living helps maintain and protect an individual’s independence and lifestyle.

In addition to our care packages we also provide help with practical matters such as budgeting, cooking and developing social skills.

Our links with colleges, work placement schemes, community services and leisure facilities also open up new opportunities and provide further scope for the individual to develop their aims and ambitions.

These services can either be accessed in our Supported Living accommodation or through our Outreach Services in your own home.
