We are a local authority trading company, wholly owned by Bolton Council. We provide a range of care and support services to 1,000 people across Bolton and Greater Manchester, including day opportunities; support and activities; supported living, extra care, shared lives and care within the home across Bolton and the surrounding areas. We support a wide range of people, including Adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism Spectrum Conditions, Mental Health and Dementia diagnosis as well as the frail and elderly. We employ over 400 dedicated and passionate staff, who along with the people we support are at the heart of everything we do.
The role will include:
Invoice Processing / Scanning / Filing
Creation of Purchase Order’s
Supplier Payments and liaison
Purchase Order and Ledger administration
Cash and Banking:
Collating time sheets
Statutory payments (SMP,SPP,SSP)
Handling queries from colleagues
general office duties
This is a demanding role requiring excellent organisational skills, flexibility and an ability to work closely with others within a busy environment.
