In the role of Growth and Service Development Manager, you will make a key contribution to continuing to improve the lives of the people we support, enabling them to build rich and independent lives by providing supporting continuous improvement, high quality service delivery, service transformation and business growth.
Reporting to the Operations Director, Bolton Cares have created this exciting new post to drive delivery of key objectives within our annual business plan. This post will be responsible for working in partnership with operational services and partners in planning, managing and leading service improvement / transformation. In addition, this role will be a key enabler to driving our growth strategy, identifying, developing and pursuing new business opportunities.
In this role, there may be opportunity to support operational services that require targeted interventions or turnaround support to drive change or improvement.
We are seeking an individual with knowledge of the care sector, a strong commercial background and experience of bid writing and large scale service transfers.
The Growth and Service Development Manager will need to have excellent communication, project and change management skills. You will be confident in data analysis including setting and monitoring budgets. You will be a competent bid writer with a proven track record of winning new business.
We are looking for candidates with:
Degree level education or equivalent.
Recognised qualification in change project management and or
Recognised qualification in business / commercial management (e.g. MBA).
