Salary £33,336 pay award pending
Contract: Full time, Permanent

As a  key member of Bolton Cares operations team, you will support the Operations Manager to ensure high standards of services are consistently delivered.

As a Registered Manager  you will be the person in day to day charge of the regulated services that are registered with CQC. Achieving registration will be a condition of both job roles.

You will work to the standards set internally (by Bolton Cares) and externally (for example, by the Care Quality Commission and Local Authority) and ensure services are well led, safe, caring, effective and responsive. As Registered Manager you will ensure that the service retains a Good CQC rating, and work with your teams to attain Outstanding in all areas.

You will be part of a team supporting our Mental Health Services in Bolton which will include Supported Living services, a step down from hospital unit and our outreach service.

You will ensure that high-quality, person centred support is delivered within your service areas. You will line manage a number of managers, and will ensure they are fully supported and equipped to do their job.

You will be a role model in leading good practice and developing excellence through observational practice and developing a learning culture within your services.

Experience and skills required:

  • Must have experience within Learning Disability or mental health services
  • Must have experience of employee management and supervision.
  • Must have experience in budget management.
  • Good knowledge of  CQC regulations
  • Must be able to drive and have a car that can be used for work
