We are looking for individuals to work in the Walkden and Worsley area with a sound value base as support workers offering contracts between 16 and 30 hours hours a week plus hourly rate for sleep-in’s and bank staff in our Supported Living and Outreach services.
You need to be a strong team player, passionate about supporting people with a range of needs, and willing to go the extra mile. An excellent communicator, you will understand that all behavior is communication and will strive to build strong, empowering relationships. Having a positive outlook, a flexible approach and a genuine interest in understanding the needs of people with learning disabilities is essential.
