As part of the senior leadership team you will have an operational and strategic role the organisation and report to the Director of Operations.
Responsible for supported living services in Salford, specialist Autism services in Bolton, and our outreach service you will manage a large staff team, with budget responsibility of £ 3-4 million.
You will be the registered manager for our Salford Services and seek to ensure high quality of service delivery aiming for outstanding CQC ratings.
The person appointed to this role not only needs to be a commercially savvy, experienced in service developments and able to manage a diverse portfolio of services for people with Learning Disabilities, Autism and people who need Behaviour support.
You will need to be knowledgeable and skilled in PBS and supporting people with Autism and carry an organisational lead role for this.
As the senior member of a team you will be supporting people in their own homes within an extra care environment. The people we work with have a range of needs including older adults, individuals with a learning disability, autism and mental health. Some of the people who use our services also have significant physical health and personal care needs.
The role involves working with people to help them live more independently at home by supporting them to undertake daily living tasks and maintain their home within an Extra Care environment. Extra Care is a community setting where individuals occupy their own flats with an on site care team available to provide emergency response and planned care .
Key duties will include personal care, moving and handling, medication administration, meal preparation and light domecstic duties and social inclusion .
You will ensure at all times that peoples needs are at the heart of everything we do and the provision of support is delivered in accordance with these needs and in line with person centred support plans.
